Ingredients:
Chips:
- 
1 medium onion, sliced thinly 
- 
½ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese 
- 
Salt and pepper to taste 
- 
Chosen Foods 100% avocado oil spray 
- 
Seasonings of choice – ½ tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp onion powder, pinch of cayenne pepper 
Sriracha mayo:
- 
1/3 cup Chosen Foods 100% avocado mayo 
- 
2 tbsp sriracha 
- 
1 tsp lemon juice 
Directions:
- 
Preheat oven to 400F 
- 
Slice your onion with a mandoline. You want this crispy, so about ¼ inch thick is what you’re aiming for. 
- 
Line your baking tray with parchment paper and lay down a layer of parmesan cheese. 
- 
Next, lay your onions onto the baking sheet to make sure they are not overlapping. 
- 
Liberally grate more parmesan cheese all over the turnips. The cheese is what is going to add the extra crisp. 
- 
Season with salt and pepper and spray with avocado spray, making sure you coat everything evenly. 
- 
Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown and allow to cool for an additional 10 mins. 
- 
As it’s cooling, make your sriracha mayo and serve with chips.
