Ingredients:
Chicken Crust:
- 
2 lb ground chicken
 - 
2 eggs
 - 
1 cup parmesan cheese
 - 
Seasonings to taste
 
Caesar Salad:
- 
3 cups romaine lettuce
 - 
½ cup parmesan cheese
 - 
½ cup caesar dressing (store bought or homemade)
 - 
½ cup shaved parmesan
 - 
1 tbsp lemon juice
 - 
Black pepper to taste
 
Directions:
- 
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
 - 
Mix ground chicken, eggs, parmesan cheese and seasonings in a large bowl until everything is well combined.
 - 
Press the chicken mixture into a parchment lined pan, spread out evenly.
 - 
Bake in the preheated oven until the meat is no longer pink, about 10 minutes.
 - 
While this is baking, assemble your caesar salad by adding romaine lettuce, dressing, parmesan cheese and lemon juice. Toss.
 - 
Remove crust from oven and allow to cool for 5-10 minutes.
 - 
Top pizza with caesar dressing, salad, add additional shaved parmesan cheese and black pepper.
 - 
Slice and enjoy!
