STEP 1:

Melt the chocolate for the coating.

STEP 2:

Brush the melted chocolate into cavities of easter egg molds.

STEP 3:

Allow any excess chocolate to drip out.

STEP 4:

Set the chocolate shells in the freezer.

STEP 5:

Whisk the ingredients for the filling.

STEP 6:

Add turmeric to part of the filling.

STEP 7:

Add some white filling to the set chocolate shells.

STEP 8:

Pipe an. “egg yolk” on top of each one.

STEP 9:

Top off with the remaining white filling.

STEP 10:

Cover with the remaining melted chocolate and freeze to set.
