Members of MAN v FAT Bromley, with support from Bromley FC Community Trust are holding a football tournament on Bank Holiday Monday 5th May at Hayes Lane Stadium, Bromley to remember one of their own.
The tournament is in memory of Dan Snook, a member of the Mvf Bromley Community who tragically passed away in October 2024. Dan was a kind, encouraging and fun person who was much loved in the community.
Dal Uppal, Alex Stuart, Will Luck from MAN v FAT Bromley told us: “Dan was a lovely guy. He was so supportive of everyone at our club, always good for a chat, passionate about his football and why we were all there, and an excellent goalkeeper too!
“Sadly, this isn’t the first loss our club has suffered following the loss of Alex Browne a couple of years ago. These situations give us all reason to pause for thought. Dan and Alex were guys just like us, they were doing something good for their wellbeing and health and contributing to our fantastic community.
“With support from Bromley FC Community Trust we found the previous memorial tournaments have been a good way for us to come together as a community with our friends and families to celebrate, and remember our departed friend, while playing football and raising money for a good cause in their memory.”

Funds are being raised through the tournament and a raffle, with all proceeds going towards Bromley – Mencap.
All donations are gratefully received and can be made via the Justgiving page – and everyone at MAN v FAT HQ wishes the guys well this weekend.
The tournament is taking place as part of Bromley FC Community Trust family fun day, with more details here.
