Ingredients:

1 cup cottage cheese (full-fat or low-fat will work)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350F.

Add cottage cheese and egg to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth (like a batter consistency). Should take about 10-15 seconds.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with avocado oil.

Pour your cottage cheese wrap mixture on top and bake for 35-40 minutes.

Let it cool for a minute so it sets completely.

Add your favorite toppings of choice and enjoy! You can add chicken or turkey and your fav veggies of choice!
