1. Elderflower Peach Fizz

This fruity and flavorful drink only requires a bottle of Prosecco, Elderflower liqueur, peach liqueur, and sliced peaches.
Put the peaches into a decanter or pitcher. Chill the Prosecco, pop the cork, and pour into the decanter. Add a half cup of each liqueur. Chill and serve garnished with a peach slice.
2. Champagne Punch

Keep it simple while still making a creative cocktail. All you need is fruit, simple syrup, and champagne. Think of it as a Sangria of the sparkling wine world.
The hardest decision is to pick your fruits. From there, just chunk them up and place them in a pitcher. From there, add in your champagne and preferred simple syrup and mix.
3. Pimm’s Cup

Pimm’s Cup is a popular British summer cocktail that has seen a recent surge in popularity in the US. There are many variations, and just as many opinions as to which one is best, but I like mine with Pimm’s No. 1, Cointreau, lime juice, ginger ale, mint leaves, and cucumber slices.
4. Cucumber Peel

For a twist, think cucumbers in your champagne instead of fruit. Champagne, cucumbers, simple syrup, and mint make this a refreshing tonic.
5. Rising Sun

Take the classic Bloody Mary and change up a few ingredients for this creative cocktail. This drink uses yellow tomato juice, vodka, lemon, and Tabasco. Garnish it with a rosemary sprig.
6. Blackberry Prosecco Cocktail

Gin, prosecco, sweet and sour syrup, basil leaves, and blackberries make for a tantalizing combination just perfect for the upcoming berry season.
