If you haven’t tried making ice cream at home with nothing but a hand mixer and a freezer, you are missing out. I always thought to make delicious ice cream at home you needed an ice cream maker, but you don’t! This Strawberry “No Churn” Ice Cream is easy to make, delicious, and has that homemade creaminess that just can’t be beat.

What’s in Strawberry “No Churn” Ice Cream
This ice cream is made with only a few ingredients: organic heavy whipping cream, organic sweetened condensed milk, sugar, fresh strawberries, and vanilla paste or extract.
So, “How Does No Churn” Work?
It’s so simple it’s almost crazy. Why did anyone ever think we needed an ice cream maker to make ice cream? Believe it or not, you simply beat together heavy whipping cream, vanilla, sugar, strawberries, and sweetened condensed milk until peaks form, like soft whipped cream. Then pour into a container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
How to Get the Best Vanilla Flavor:
This ice cream is best when made with my favorite Nielsen Massey Vanilla Paste (affiliate link). You can use extract, but once you go paste, you never go back!
Creamy, Delicious, No Artificial Ingredients:
Enjoy your fresh, creamy ice cream knowing exactly what’s in it!
Once you Find Out How Good it is, You’ll Want More Recipes!
Try my Blueberry Swirl or Salted Caramel Ice Cream, both “no churn”!
What you need: a hand mixer or stand mixer (or even hand whisk!) To store ice cream I recommend a glass baking dish with lid or Tovolo Ice Cream Containers. I always recommend vanilla paste over extract, it has less alcohol so that vanilla flavor shines through!
