What was your motivation?
I wanted to find myself again. I also wanted to look better in clothes, be healthier, and reduce the amount of medication I was taking.
What inspired you to keep going, even when you wanted to give up?
I was falling back in love with the person I saw in the mirror. I saw my hard work and discipline paying off.
How did you change your eating habits?
I found a nutritionist online (Terry Starks) by the way of Facebook. I sent him a message after I saw a transformation he posted of a woman with her before and after pics. He sent me weekly meal and workout plans. The meals on the program were catered to my specific needs and body type.
What is your workout routine?
I do 30 minutes of cardio, 7 days a week.
What was your starting weight? What is your current weight?
My starting weight was 340 pounds. My current weight is 290 pounds.

5 feet, 6 inches
When did you start your journey? How long did your transformation take?
My journey began in January 2025. It took four months to lose 50 pounds.
What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned so far?
Losing weight is a mental process.
What advice do you have for women who want to lose weight?
Just start the journey.
Is weight loss surgery part of your journey?
No, I didn’t have weight loss surgery. All-natural weight loss.
