This fruit dip is creamy, flavorful, and lightly sweet. Easy to make with 5 ingredients, it’s perfect for parties, picnics, and as a healthy snack!
Meet our new favorite fruit dip recipe! I’m firmly of the mind that there are very few ways to improve fresh fruit (it’s already delicious!), but this fruit dip might be one of them.
I first started making it for my son Ollie, but it didn’t take long for me to start making it for myself too. I think it’s a perfect healthy snack. It’s fairly satisfying, thanks to a base of Greek yogurt and peanut butter, and it’s also delicious, with a smooth, creamy texture and sweet, nutty flavor.
Since we’re heading into summer, I’ll also mention that this easy fruit dip recipe would be great for cookouts and picnics. Serve it with a pile of colorful fresh fruit, and it’ll be a total crowd pleaser!
How to Make Fruit Dip
This fruit dip recipe seriously could not be easier to make. It calls for 5 basic ingredients:
- Whole milk Greek yogurt – I’ve tried cream cheese fruit dips (and even a marshmallow fluff one!) at parties in the past. I like this yogurt one so much more! The yogurt gives it a delicious creamy texture and tangy flavor. It also makes this dip solid snack snack material, not just dessert.
- Creamy peanut butter – It makes this dip even creamier and adds rich, nutty flavor. Almond butter would be great here too!
- Honey – For sweetness. You could also use maple syrup.
- Cinnamon – For warm depth of flavor.
- And sea salt – To make all the flavors pop!
Just stir together all the ingredients in a medium bowl. Depending on the thickness of your yogurt, the dip might be a bit too thick at this point. Add water, 1 teaspoon at a time, as needed to thin it to a creamy, scoopable consistency. That’s it!

Fruit Dip Variations
You could make so many fun variations on this yogurt fruit dip recipe! Here are a few ideas to get you started:
- Add a splash of vanilla extract.
- Replace the honey with 1 tablespoon fresh orange juice. Add more as needed to reach your desired sweetness level and consistency.
- Skip the peanut butter and add 1 teaspoon cocoa powder, adding more for a richer chocolate flavor. If desired, add more honey to taste.
