Supreme Meat Lovers Pizza Bake — Low Carb Love™


Servings: 6

Ingredients:

Meats:

  • 1/2 lb Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled

  • 1/2 lb ground beef or ground pork, cooked and drained

  • 6 slices pepperoni, chopped (plus a few whole for topping)

  • Optional – grilled chicken breast

Veggies:

  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper, sliced

  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced

  • 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced

  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced

Sauce + Cheese:

Optional Seasoning:

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • Crushed red pepper flakes (to taste)

  • Fresh basil or parsley, for garnish

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Cook meats:

  • Assemble the bake:

  • Bake uncovered for 25 – 30 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.

  • Broil for 2-3 minutes at the end if you want a golden cheese top.

  • Cool for 5-10 minutes, garnish with fresh basil or parsley, then serve!
