6 slices pepperoni, chopped (plus a few whole for topping)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook meats:
Assemble the bake:
Bake uncovered for 25 – 30 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Broil for 2-3 minutes at the end if you want a golden cheese top.
Cool for 5-10 minutes, garnish with fresh basil or parsley, then serve!
