- Fresh salmon fillet. We use skinless fillets, or remove the skin. You can use any type of salmon you prefer, Sockeye Salmon or any type.
- Bread crumbs or panko breadcrumbs. They help bind the burgers.
- Dijon mustard. For flavor and for binding the ingredients together
- Lemon juice & lemon zest. For the brightest flavor of lemon ever we also add a lemon slice cut into bits.
- Fresh Herbs. Fresh dill and parsley are our all time favorites.
- Flavoring. Green onions or scallions, garlic and capers.
- Seasoning. Salt and black pepper, you can also add garlic powder and onion powder, some paprika and chilli flakes.
- Yogurt. We use Greek yogurt for binding the salmon instead of mayo.
- Toppings: avocado, lettuce, tomato, onion.
