My name is Pebbles, and my weight loss journey started because my blood pressure was shooting up. I really didn’t like the way I looked in photos, and depression was settling in!

I was eating for comfort. I’m an on-the-go mom, so grabbing fast food was the normthe quickest and easiest option. I started feeling weighed down and miserable!

What was your motivation?
My motivation was seeing the health decline of the people around me. I felt as if one of us stepped up to improve our health, everyone else would too!

How did you change your eating habits?
My eating habits changed after I spoke with Terry Starks. He assured me that if I just disciplined myself and took a chance, the healthier foods would be just as good as the bad foods I was eating. He gave me a meal prep plan. He put together foods that I actually like and that are good for my body and heart! The meal plan actually made the journey easier.

Tell us about your workout routine.
My workout honestly only consists of 30 minutes of fasted cardio every morning. Nothing more, nothing less.

What was your starting weight? What is your current weight?
My starting weight was 217 pounds. I’m down to 196 pounds.

What is your height?
I’m 5’4″.

When did your journey begin?
I started with Terry on July 28, 2025. I’m down to my last program to get to my desired weight of 185 pounds.

Is weight loss surgery part of your journey?
I’ve played with the idea of weight loss surgery, but let’s be real. It removes the fat, not the fat in or around your heart! I wanted to be heart healthy. God put Terry Starks in my life at the right time! He was definitely a hero for me!

What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned so far?
The biggest lesson I’ve learned is that prioritizing my own health helps those around me. I have more energy and motivation, and I’m overwhelmed with excitement to encourage others to pursue a healthier them.

What advice would you like to share with women who want to lose weight? For those who are on a journey, make sure that journey is the one you want and not what others want for you! Lose the weight for your own health needs! Your own confidence and validation. This is your body! You have to live in it, THEY DON’T!
