Never eat boring salmon again! Instead, try one of these 9+ New Ways to Cook Salmon, including baked, in the air fryer or in burger form. Whatever you choose, your whole family will be asking for more!

Never Eat Boring Salmon Again

I tend to cook salmon for my family almost every week, but I like to switch things up so we don’t get bored. Some of my favorite ways to prepare it are:
- baked in the oven
- air fryer
- in a skillet on the stove
- using canned salmon
I don’t have a grilled salmon recipe (yet!), but you could also make most of the skillet salmon recipes on the grill if you prefer. Seriously, there are SO many ways to enjoy it!
Why Choose Salmon?
- Nutrient-dense: Salmon is loaded with omega-3’s (the good kind of fat) and it’s incredibly high in protein as well. It’s satiating, and can help improve heart health and skin and eye health, plus so much more!
- Easy to prepare: As mentioned above, there are many ways to prepare salmon depending on your personal preference and/or comfort level. In my opinion, it’s pretty fool-proof!
- Flavorful: Salmon can easily be marinated, like my maple-glazed salmon, or it can have a dry rub like my everything bagel salmon. Whatever you choose, the salmon easily absorbs the flavor.
