Diana Lehman, IBX vice president of Case and Condition Management, was recently interviewed on-air for a special “Ask the Pro” segment during a morning 6abc Action News broadcast. During the interview, Lehman discussed how members can best utilize the benefits and resources included in their health insurance.

Lehman also stressed the importance of members making informed healthcare decisions to avoid unnecessary costs and receive the best care for their situation.
