Viet’s journey with The Dragon Trip began back in 2017, but his love for travel started long before that. “Travelling has been one of my dreams since I was little,” he says. That dream led to an introduction, and his very first Dragon Trip soon followed. “That first trip was a great one,” he recalls. “I still remember some of the travellers’ names, and two people from that group even got married sometime after. First impressions really do last forever.”
Some of the moments that mean the most to Viet happen long after the trip ends. “There are travellers who become close friends after their time in Vietnam,” he shares. “We stay in contact, send messages, and go from complete strangers to friends, even when we’re so far from each other.”
