The tower is developed by a consortium led by Perennial Holdings Private Limited, a leading integrated healthcare and real estate company based in Singapore, with Skidmore, Owings & Merrill responsible for the overall architectural design. Positioned on a unique island site at the confluence of Singapore’s Central Business District, Marina Bay, and the future Greater Southern Waterfront, The Skywaters is envisioned as both a landmark and a beacon of innovative urban living.
Inside, Aman Singapore will showcase elegant interiors and harmonious design, crafted in collaboration with longtime partners Kerry Hill Architects. The property will feature an exclusive Aman Club for invite-only members, alongside a limited collection of Aman Residences with sweeping views of the city skyline and the South China Sea. A dedicated floor of spacious hotel suites, among the largest in Singapore, will offer panoramic vistas of the metropolis while maintaining a profound sense of tranquility at the heart of the bustling city. The hotel will be set between the 24th and 26th storeys, with the branded residences – ranging from one to five bedroom layouts – will be situated above them.
