To lose weight for my wedding.
If you could go back in time and talk to the version of you at the start of your weight loss efforts, what would you tell them about the changes you’ve experienced?
You wouldn’t believe the fun you’ll have, the impact on the people around you, how much better you’ll feel. The extra energy, better mental health.

What are your future hopes around your health and wellbeing?
To keep maintaining my weight, continuing to be healthy and staying active.
How much are you looking forward to the game in May?
I’m really excited for the game, it will be great to meet lots of new people from MAN v FAT.
