Chad’s journey in the industry began 26 years ago, driven by a strong passion for travel and cultural experiences. He started his career as a travel consultant before moving into operations, product development, and then onto business development. Over the years, he has had the privilege of working across several source markets sending customers across the globe.
“My passion for community engagement has led me to lead the sales function for Discova Educational Travel (DET) and support its growth. Since joining Discova eight years ago, I’ve taken on various roles, each offering new challenges and learning opportunities. These experiences have helped me develop a leadership style rooted in authenticity, curiosity, and a commitment to developing others.
