Easy Homemade Flatbread- The Organic Kitchen

Today I have an easy Easy Homemade Flatbread for you! I love this recipe. It’s very simple, delicious, and there’s nothing like soft warm bread fresh off the skillet!

What’s in Easy Homemade Flatbread?

Only four ingredients: flour, Greek yogurt, salt, and baking powder. Pretty simple right? Full fat Greek Yogurt has 20 grams of protein per cup, which means this flat bread has 5 grams of protein per piece! You are welcome to use lower fat Greek yogurt if preferred.

How do You Make it?

Again, it’s super simple, simply combine the four ingredients, knead for three minutes, roll dough into a ball and cut into four portions. Then you’ll roll flat with a rolling pin and heat in a skillet until cooked.

What to Serve With Easy Homemade Flatbread?

I love drizzling Homemade Flatbread with olive oil or melted butter with garlic, and of course I love it dipped in  homemade hummus!
