[comment_content] => I LOVE your blog – it’s one of my favorites and everything I’ve made is delicious. I had a personal question for you if you don’t mind. I read your wellness story and empathize as I’ve had similar struggles. I’ve never been too restrictive with my eating, but I do find myself in binges more often than I’d like. I wanted to know how you find balance in your day to day – I currently track macros because it gives me a feeling of control while holding my accountable – when I don’t track, I find I’m more accustomed to binges. I would love to be an intuitive eater, but I don’t know if I’m ready for that yet. My question is, as someone who’s struggled in the past, what is your day to day like? Do you count calories and track macros? Would love any insights. Thank you!

[comment_content] => This is the best Watermelon Margarita recipe I have tried. I have a few comments though. The written recipe does not say to strain into a glass with ice. It is written as if it is served straight up, but the pictures show ice. The other thing is thatthe person squeezing the limes in the vid is doing it wrong. That type of lemon/lime squeezer is meant to be used with the fruit, dome side up, so that the squeezer presses into the convex side of the fruit. (The fruit sits in the squeezer the opposite way than shown in the vid. But the recipe is fantastic, it is so delish~~I used .75 oz simple syrup instead of agave.

[comment_content] => These are simply amazing. If you enjoy a good Tequila drink that is not sticky sweet or for a change from Margarita mix try this. I do not use the agave, it is so refreshing just with lime and watermelon and of course the jalapenos if you like a little heat. On exceptionally steamy days I add a little soda water.

I LOVE your blog – it’s one of my favorites and everything I’ve made is delicious. I had a personal question for you if you don’t mind. I read your wellness story and empathize as I’ve had similar struggles. I’ve never been too restrictive with my eating, but I do find myself in binges more often than I’d like. I wanted to know how you find balance in your day to day – I currently track macros because it gives me a feeling of control while holding my accountable – when I don’t track, I find I’m more accustomed to binges. I would love to be an intuitive eater, but I don’t know if I’m ready for that yet. My question is, as someone who’s struggled in the past, what is your day to day like? Do you count calories and track macros? Would love any insights. Thank you!
