- ¼ cup peanut butter powder, such as PB2
- 12 pitted Medjool dates (6 oz.)
- 2 tablespoons chopped vegan dark chocolate or mini chocolate chips, such as Enjoy Life
Instructions
- In a small bowl stir together peanut butter powder and 3 tablespoons water. Transfer peanut butter to a resealable plastic sandwich bag and use scissors to snip off one of the bottom corners.
- Arrange dates on a plate and pipe a drizzle of the peanut butter over them. Sprinkle with chocolate. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 1 week.
