Low carb tortillas
Filling:

1 cup cooked shredded chicken

1 cup sauce (recipe below)

1/4 cup shredded cheddar or pepper jack cheese
Sauce:

1 cup spinach (optional)

½ cup cilantro
-
1 cup greek yogurt
-
¾ cup cottage cheese
-
1 tbsp yellow mustard
-
2–3 tablespoons cream cheese (softened)

1–2 tablespoons finely chopped jalapeños (fresh or pickled)

Garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper to taste

¼ cup avocado mayo (optional)
Directions:

Blend your sauce by placing all of your sauce ingredients in the blender.

Mix shredded chicken with sauce and shredded cheese.

Adjust spice level and creaminess to taste.

Spoon filling onto one half of each egg wrap.

Fold over gently like a burrito.
