Method
- Line a baking tray with 12 mini cupcake liners.
- In a microwave safe bowl, melt the chocolate and oil together until smooth.
- Use a spoon to distribute half of the chocolate into the liners and up the sides. Set aside.
- In a bowl, use your hands to combine the muffin and cream cheese.
- Separate into 12 evenly sized pieces.
