EXO Create’s origins go back more than a decade, when EXO Travel began expanding its digital capabilities to better support partners. Dan Tilley joined the company in 2012, working closely with agents integrating their systems with EXO through XML connectivity.
‘In those early years we were really starting to embrace technology and see the enormous benefits it could bring to our partners‘, he explains.
Through that work, one challenge became clear: building complex itineraries and multi-service quotations could be time-consuming, even for experienced advisors.
‘Our partners needed a faster way to create accurate, multi-service quotations‘, Dan says. ‘But we also didn’t want to lose the depth of expertise and service that define EXO‘.
The goal was not simply to introduce automation, but to create a platform that allows advisors to move quickly while still benefiting from EXO’s destination knowledge, product range and operational support.
