10. One&Only will open a hotel in the Hudson Valley, New York
Kerzner International has announced its second U.S. One&Only resort and private residential community, to be developed in partnership with Nolan Reynolds International (NRI) in Hyde Park, Hudson Valley, New York. Set on a 21-acre site within the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) campus, the wellness-focused, ultra-luxury One&Only Hudson Valley Resort will feature 61 cabins, suites, and guest rooms, along with private residences featuring chef’s kitchens. The property will include signature culinary experiences and a Longevity Hub by Clinique La Prairie, blending nature, culture, and wellness in a uniquely American setting. The resort’s design will reflect the rustic charm of the Hudson River Valley, using natural materials to create a harmonious connection with the surrounding landscape.
