See: chocolate peanut butter Ritz cookies, saltine cracker toffee, easy buckeye balls. This Valentines Chex mix is a sweet and salty snack mix that’s so easy to make and delicious.

Valentines Chex Mix Ingredients
- Cheerios cereal: use your favorite cereal, just keep in mind that ones with coating like Cinnamon Toast Crunch can mess up the white chocolate coating, stopping it from evenly and smoothly spreading across the snack mix.
- Rice Chex cereal: you can swap this with corn Chex, multigrain Chex and more.
- Peanuts: swap for any nut you’d like.
- Pretzels: use rods, snaps, twists, and more.
- Valentine’s M&M’s: with red, pink, and white candy coating, this candy makes the Valentins Chex mix recipe festive!
- White Chocolate: you can use white chocolate chips or white chocolate candy melts.

How to Make Valentine’s Chex Mix
- Add Cheerios, rice Chex, peanuts, pretzels, and Valentine’s M&Ms to a large mixing bowl. Stir to mix.
- Melt white chocolate and coconut oil in a small bowl. Stir until smooth.
- Pour melted white chocolate over the Valentine’s Day Chex mix dry mix. Stir and fold until every bit is well coated.
- Transfer into an even layer on a lined baking sheet. Allow to set and enjoy!

What to Serve With It

Variations
- Triple Chocolate: add milk chocolate and dark chocolate drizzle, or make muddy buddies!
- Peanut Butter Lovers: I actually used peanut butter M&M’s to make mine & it was delicious! You can also add in mini peanut butter cups & peanut butter chips.
- Super Valentine’s Chex Mix: add in these beautiful candy hearts (like I used on my Grinch Oreo balls) and/or Red Hots and Valentine’s sprinkles.
