Ladies and gentleman, this is where I get to show you what I do best…salads. Yup, I am really good at creating salads. Maybe not the most important talent in the world, but it makes me and my family very happy. I have so many favorites posted here on my website that narrowing this post down to only 20 recipes was tough, but I managed. Here are 20 Delicious Salad Recipes!

- The Rustic Italian Salad is a delicious blend of sweet, savory, bitter and salty. The perfect salad to serve alongside any Italian dish or BBQ menu. Loaded with flavor, color, texture and beauty.
2. It’s no secret I love a complete meal salad. Give me a quick, healthy, delicious complete meal salad and I am a happy girl. This Chicken, Rice and Feta Salad checks all the boxes and it’s budget friendly to boot!
3. My oh my I love this Summer Couscous Salad! It meets all the requirements for a summer side dish, it’s delicious, colorful, uses seasonal vegetables and herbs and it’s easy (as in 15 minutes easy!)
4. I’m pretty excited about this Summer Melon Salad. It’s refreshing, light, sweet and salty. It’s just dreamy. I hope you love it as much as I do.
5. This Chopped Greek Salad with Farro is a regular in our meal rotation. It’s gorgeous, delicious, filling and healthy. We just can’t get enough of it!

20. And finally, we are at the end, but this is a case of last is definitely not least! This Apple and Farro Salad is truly incredible. Made with baby greens, sweet red apples, nutty farro, salty Manchego cheese, creamy avocado, tangy dried cranberries, fresh mint and dates, it’s not to be missed!
