Joining me today on Yoga | Birth | Babies is Renata Freitas. Renata is origninally from Brazil and moved to the US for her MBA at Wharton, where she met her husband. She is a traveler, a wife, a mother, and is also 200 hr-certified in yoga. Enjoy her deeply honest birth story.

Renata is 38 years old, originally from Brazil. She moved to the US for her MBA at Wharton, where she met her now husband. She did a 200 hr yoga teacher training, and has traveled to more than 60 countries.
