Method
- Bread the bars into smaller pieces and place them into a food processor and blend until small crumbles form.
- Add in the cream cheese and combine. Separate the mixture into 10 evenly sized balls.
- Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together in a microwave safe bowl and stir until smooth.
- Dip each ball in the chocolate, letting the excess drip off before placing it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Top with sprinkles and chill until chocolate is solid.
