There Comes a Point Where Knowing Is Not Enough

By Ann Malkmus, Chief of Education — Hallelujah Diet

I remember the moment I stopped feeling like someone who was trying the Hallelujah Diet and started feeling like someone who lived it.

It was not a dramatic moment. There was no announcement, no ceremony. It was a quiet Tuesday morning, standing in my kitchen with a glass of fresh green juice, realizing that I had not thought about whether to make it. I just made it. The way you brush your teeth. The way you breathe. It had become, simply, the way I ate.

If you have been living this lifestyle for any length of time, you may recognize that feeling. The early questions — what do I eat, when do I juice, how do I handle the holidays — have settled into something more like rhythm. You know what works. You know how your body responds. You have found your footing.

And yet.

There is often something underneath that steadiness — a quiet sense that there is more to understand, more to be able to do, more to offer the people around you who are watching and wondering and not yet sure how to begin.

That is exactly who this course is for.

What Mastery Actually Means

When Paul and I began talking about a third course in the Hallelujah Diet Path, we kept coming back to one question: what does it look like when someone truly masters this lifestyle — not just practices it, but understands it deeply enough to personalize it, teach it, and pass it on?

The answer shaped everything.

Mastery is not about being perfect. It is not about knowing every study or following every rule without exception. Mastery is the point at which you understand why this lifestyle works — not just that it does — and you have enough confidence in that understanding to adapt it, to troubleshoot it when something feels off, and to share it with the people you love in a way that actually opens doors rather than closing them.

That is what we built this course to produce.

What You Will Learn

Mastery of the Hallelujah Diet runs six weeks, three lessons per week, and covers four areas we have never addressed at this depth before.

In the first week, we get specific about your body. Not bodies in general — yours. You will learn to read your own signals: what your energy levels are telling you, what your digestion is trying to communicate, what a plateau actually means and how to move through it. You will learn how to personalize this lifestyle for your own physiology, your own season of life, your own budget. Because the Hallelujah Diet was never meant to be a one-size-fits-all framework. It is a starting point. Mastery is knowing how to make it yours.

In weeks two and three, we go beneath the surface of what you eat and into the science of why it works. Fats, carbohydrates, proteins, minerals, enzymes, phytonutrients, the gut microbiome — not as a textbook exercise, but as living knowledge you can actually use. When you understand why living foods nourish at the cellular level, why juicing delivers concentrated nutrition the body can absorb quickly, why fiber carries waste and toxins out — you stop following a program and start living with understanding. That shift changes everything.

Weeks four and five are spent in the kitchen — and this is some of my favorite content in the entire course. We cover fermentation, sprouting, growing microgreens right on your own counter, plant-based dairy, artisan sourdough, aquafaba, sea vegetables, raw main dishes, and raw desserts that will genuinely surprise the people you serve them to. By the end of Module 3, you will not just be eating this way. You will be cooking it with creativity and confidence, and the people around you will notice.

And week six — Teaching and Leading Others — is the module I believe matters most for the long term. Because here is what I have observed in decades of living and sharing this lifestyle: the people who sustain it longest are almost never the ones who kept it to themselves. They are the ones who found a way to share it — at a potluck, at a church event, in a quiet conversation over a cup of tea with someone who was struggling. This module teaches you how to do that well. How to lead with food rather than information. How to share your own story in a way that invites rather than pressures. How to listen before you speak — and how to earn the right to be heard.

This Course Is for You If…

  • You have been living the Hallelujah Diet for six months or more and you are ready to go deeper than the basics.
  • You have completed Foundations or Integration and felt that pull toward something more — more understanding, more kitchen confidence, more ability to bring others along.
  • You are brand new to the Hallelujah Diet but you are someone who does not do anything halfway, and you want to understand this lifestyle from the ground up, not just follow a set of rules.
  • You have been living this way for years and you want to finally be able to explain why it works — to your doctor, to your family, to the friend who keeps asking what you are doing differently.
  • You feel called to teach, to lead, or simply to share what has changed your life with the people around you who need to hear it.

A Word About the Price

We priced this course at $247 because we wanted it to be accessible without being undervalued. This is six weeks of the deepest content we have ever put into a course — content that took decades of living, learning, and teaching to develop. It is also available as part of our full three-course bundle with Foundations and Integration at $397, which is the most complete path we offer.

If you are ready, I would love to have you join us.

One More Thing

I want to share something I told our students in the very last lesson of this course, because I think it belongs here too.

The Hallelujah Diet has never spread primarily through advertising. It has spread the way all enduring things spread — person to person, story to story, table to table. Someone lived it. Someone noticed. Someone asked. Someone answered honestly. And another life began to move in a different direction.

You are somewhere in that chain already. Someone shared this with you. This course is an invitation to go deeper into what you already know — and to become someone who can pass it on well.

That is worth six weeks. It is worth far more than $247.

Come and learn with us.
