This Viral 3 ingredient avocado bread may not look pretty to eat but is baked in the oven and is a delightful way to add way to add more protein and healthy fiber to your meals. Why You Will Like This Recipe!

Well this year I’ve shared a Chicken Crust Ceasar Salad Pizza that is low carb and here’s another low carb recipe for a flat bread made with cottage cheese and just eggs! It’s called the Viral Cottage Cheese Flatbread and is kind of similar to this 3 ingredient avocado bread. The preparation for each recipe is almost identical.

With these two recipes above eating low carb and high protein is really easy.

It’s amazing what avocados can do, who would have thought you could make them into a bun for a burger or sandwich. I’ve also been making this low carb, high protein 4 Ingredient Taco Dip with Cottage Cheese and there’s another recipe I want to try meatballs, cottage cheese, marinara sauce, and cheese. The possibilities are endless when it comes to cottage cheese!

Ingredients Needed:

  • Avocado – are high in healthy fat and fiber!
  • Cheese – I used parmesan
  • Egg – The best type of eggs you can buy at the store are organic or free-range eggs, while others may prefer eggs from specific breeds of chickens
  • Everything but the Bagel Seasoning (to sprinkle on top of bread)

How to Make 3 Ingredient Avocado Bread

Step 1: Preparation Add the avocado, egg, and parmesan cheese to a bowl. You can mash it with a fork or mix it in a blender. I used a Magic bullet for this step and blend until smooth.

Step 2 Preheat Oven: Turn your oven temp on to 350 degrees.

Step 3 Spread: Spread the blended avocado mixture onto a parchment lined work surface and spread it out evenly. Then sprinkle with Everything But the Bagel Seasoning.

Step 4: Bake for 30 minutes in an oven.

Tips for Viral 3 Ingredient Avocado Bread

Serve and Enjoy: Top this avocado bread with sliced turkey, cheese, and all your favorite sandwich toppings!

Avocado bread can be used as buns for burgers, turned into steak sandwiches, or wrap a hot dog in it. Just think of all the possibilities you can make with just a bun!

What to Serve with 3 ingredient Avocado Bread Buns

Make some Air Fryer Hot Dogs with Chili and Cheese to go with the Avocado bread buns or cook up some frozen hamburgers in the air fryer. Just for myself, I’d cook up 2 hot dogs in the air fryer and place them between the bun.

Condiments for burgers or hamburger patties: Classics include ketchup, mustard, relish, and onions, but don’t hesitate to get creative with options like sauerkraut, chili, cheese, coleslaw, jalapeños, or avocado slices.

Sloppy Joes always go great with a bun. Ground Turkey Sloppy Joes. Add some deli turkey meat or make a sandwich.

How do I store leftovers?

Always store leftovers in clean, food-grade containers. The type of container doesn’t really matter. Use zip lock, glass, plastic,  whatever!  Make sure to store any leftovers in an airtight container.
