Life lately and a fancy iced coffee maker.
Cumulus Coffee Maker Review
If you are an iced coffee fanatic, you need to hear about the Cumulus. This coffee maker is not inexpensive, but if you’re an iced coffee fanatic who spends $5 a day on iced coffee and want to save time and reduce environmental impact, you might be interested! The company sent me a test model to try out and share.

It’s basically a water refrigerator that can make iced coffee on the spot: Cold Brew, Nitro, and Cold Espresso. It’s very high end and very high quality – boutique shop quality good! A built-in compressor cools room-temperature water in about 15 minutes, maintaining the low temperature of the brew. It’s also gorgeous! But it is also quite big, so be sure to measure for a good spot. It’s skinny but tall.
The coffee is amazing – seriously coffee shop quality. It’s chilled and frothy and delicious. The machine is so easy to use too. If I have any cons it’s that it does take a while to chill at first, and it is definitely not cheap so don’t get sticker shock when you check it out! Definitely an investment for those who value high quality.

The coffee pods are aluminum capsules containing cold brew concentrate. Available in a variety of roasts including light, medium, dark, and decaf. Capsules are fully recyclable, and the machine includes a starter kit (12-pack sampler, water filter, cleaning solution, and cleaning capsule) plus two double-walled glasses.

If you’re a part of the SOCA league here, we get a 20% off coupon every season to Dick’s Sporting Goods. I took the opportunity to get new shoes for us all! (Plus shorts for Maze). These are the Under Armour shoes we got Birch. They have laces, but they stretch and don’t tie!

And I got the On Cloudsurfers which are so comfy!

Starry Nights
We went to the final Starry Nights of the season at Veritas Vineyards. The weather was perfect – not too hot! We met up with friends and had a picnic. Great time, great band!
