The IBX Women of Independence (WOI) associate resource group hosted its 11th annual conference on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, under the theme “She Rises: A Celebration of Sisterhood, Stability & Self.”
This year’s conference focused on how women rise together through connection, confidence, and community. The one-day event offered attendees practical tools, meaningful insights, and inspiration to help them thrive personally and professionally.
Sessions included:
- “Leadership Without Limits: The Power of Sisterhood,” an inspiring panel discussion focused on the impact of sisterhood, connection, and authentic leadership on building confidence, creating opportunities, and making a meaningful impact at every level.
- “Building Financial Strength for Lasting Stability” with My Secure Advantage, an empowering discussion on building stability and long-term financial health, moving beyond setbacks, and making progress toward their goals.
- “Championing Her Growth, Powering Her Future,” a keynote conversation about the power of intentional leadership on helping women feel supported, valued, and empowered to succeed in the workplace, featuring WOI executive sponsors:
