About Phoebe:
Phoebe is a 200-hour vinyasa yoga teacher certified through the Perri Institute for Mind and Body and has been teaching yoga to adults and children throughout New York City since 2012. Her classes emphasize safe alignment, intelligent movement, injury prevention, and cultivating a sense of curiosity and humor on the mat. Following the birth of her daughter, Phoebe developed a deeper passion for yoga and birth education, leading her to complete her 85-hour Prenatal Yoga Center Teacher Training certification in 2025. She now shares her love of movement and learning while supporting future prenatal yoga teachers through mentorship and education.
